We aim to provide a great experience every time you shop with us, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to ensure a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind while placing orders.

Shipping Accuracy

Please check your address carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders.

We will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage, loss or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. 

We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Products

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

 

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

 

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase

perishable products.

Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we do not accept returns.

 

In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

Please note that we will do our best to initiate payment within 3 working days upon receiving the returned product. Depending on your bank, the money transfer should be shown within 5 working days on your bank account.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 

Service Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation of packages, please inform us 2 weeks in advance for administrative purposes.

Cancellation before the first session, we will refund you 100% with no questions asked.

 

Cancellation during your purchased sessions, we will refund you based on the remaining sessions. However, the used session will be charged by per session price instead of the package price
