Payment, Return & Exchange

If i'm not happy with my products, can i get a refund?


In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days from receiving your order via email at hello@createwellness.sg or via the live chat at the bottom right of the page.




What payment options do you accept?


We accept all major credit, debit cards and Paypal.





 

Delivery

What should i do if i'm not at home when delivery is scheduled?


You can re-arrange delivery with the courier. Courier will call you prior to arrival so you will know in advance that a delivery is on its way.




How long does shipping takes?


All orders are shipped as fast as possible, Monday to Friday. Please be aware that shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors out of our control, so please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Create Wellness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your orders damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. A claim can be filed for the item, however, if the claim is not approved by our shipping partner, products will not be replaced.




How can i check my status of delivery?


You will not be able to track your delivery, however we will inform you immediately after the courier have collected your parcel for delivery.




What courier partner do you use?


We use local SME logistic as our shipping partner.




How much do you charge for delivery?


A flat rate of $5 will be charge for delivery if purchases falls below $60 SGD.




What countries do you ship to outside of Singapore?


We currently only do domestic shipping.
